The STRATVS Wineries are located in the Barranco del Obispo, on the shores of the Timanfaya National Park, in the heart of La Geria. On the farm, the old farmhouse has been preserved. The winery, as well as the rest of its facilities, have been built underground, thus preserving the original topography of the ravine, to protect the traditional way of growing grapes and wine that is unique in the world. The winery has a very careful and respectful architectural design with an impressive environment that surrounds it. Visitors can take a tour of the facilities to learn about the production and elaboration technique of Stratvs wines, among which the white made with the Malvasia grape, which is characteristic of Lanzarote wines, stands out.

The winery offers guided tours of all its facilities, where you can see first-hand the process of making its wines. The visit includes tasting 3 wines and a cheese tasting from Finca de Uga.

The wines

The restaurant's menu is made with products from Finca de Uga, Kilometer Zero, and features irresistible dishes such as the traditional gofio scallop, the farm's watercress and cheese salad, Canarian spoon dishes, and the exquisite "parmigiana". rabbit with aubergines, zucchini, and tomato.

The Stratvs Restaurant (Stratus) is located on a large and pleasant terrace surrounded by vegetation and under a colored glass canopy. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying and pairing the chef's creations with volcanic wines from the Stratvs winery. The Gourmet shop of the Stratvs (Stratus) winery offers a wide selection of national and international gourmet products, as well as local products from Lanzarote that are ideal to take as souvenirs. Local products include Canarian mojos, natural and seasoned salts, local oils, and artisan jams.
