Víctor Fernández Gopar Theater “El Salinero” of Lanzarote, which opened It opened its doors in 2007 and is located on the Vía Medular, in front of the Library, a space for cultural use that hosts all kinds of cultural and leisure events on the island of Lanzarote, such as the Lanzarote Film Festival or the Canary Islands Music Festival. It also has the function of a conventional theater and has on its billboard renowned shows related to the performing arts and music. .

It has four levels in height and 640 seats between the room and the amphitheater. In the semi-basement there are the services, changing rooms and warehouses, in addition to the dressing rooms and some classrooms.

The stage is located on the ground floor together with the entrance hall, the cloakroom, the box office, the stores for material and instruments, a rehearsal room and two dressing rooms. From the first floor there is access to the lower part of the amphitheater and it is formed by a hall, a covered terrace, a classroom and a warehouse. The second floor is completed with a hall and an open terrace, as well as a projection and control room, bathrooms and walkways on stage and in the room for projectors.
