Our path begins in the Vega de Tegoyo pot the Tias-Peña Palomas road, heading west, at km 3.5 we take Take a track to the left, crossing the Asomada road and bordering the slopes of the Caldera de Gaida to the north to then turn left, ascending to the crater. Guardilama Mountain, whose interior is cultivated.
We surround the crater at the opposite end and descend towards the cut-off between Guardilama and Tinasoria along a path between crops. Here we can ascend Tinasoria, whose crater also houses cultivated land.
After the ascent we take the track that goes up the slope of Tinasoria towards Uga
