We begin our tour in Femés, a town with of an interesting historical set. We leave in an easterly direction, a track with a steep slope that leads to a path, used to reach to some goat pens located in the cut-throat that overlooks the Barranco de la Higuera .
Before reaching the corrals, the path deviates over the cliff in a section with a steep slope until reaching the cut-off. We now continue for a section with a steep slope until reaching the degollada. We now continue along a path that goes down the head of the ravine until reaching the riverbed, with retaining walls in most of its tour.
Already in the ecauce we will descend to the coast, where the remains of the well that gives its name to the Playa del Pozo, with black sand and stones, are found.
We then turn north to take the path that takes us to Playa Quemada, an old fishermen's village converted into a summer resort.
