Free camping in La Graciosa is not only possible, but highly recommended. Like all natural parks in Spain, it is a protected area in which it is located. Free camping is totally prohibited. However, to promote the visit to this small island to the north of Lanzarote, the Ministry of the Environment has set up a small camping area next to the population of Caleta del Sebo.

The campsite is It is on the second line of the beach, that is, even if you choose a plot on the first line, the sea will remain for you. at a sufficient distance so as not to “get wet”. In fact, I strongly recommend choosing a first line, for two reasons: first, because you avoid having anyone "in front"; and second for the convenience of accessing the beach and your plot without having to dodge shops.
From one end to the other along the beach there will be about 200 meters, so it is also important to be in a position close to the bathrooms and showers. Even if you choose a close position, you will be far enough away to avoid bad odors if you choose the first line, so my recommendation is plot number 1 or 6. Where 4 or 5 medium sized tents could easily be planted.
The toilets are very simple. There is an area for boys and another for girls, closed in the case of the toilets, but open in the case of the showers. That means that if you are very shy or shy you will have to shower in a swimsuit because these are communal showers. Oh! And the water is cold as the sea, but it is sweet (desalted). There is also a source of desalinated water (I prefer to buy water, but everyone can drink what they want).
