Haria, Bosquecillo

We start our route in front of the Haría Town Hall, in the Plaza de la Constitución, in the center of town. we left the square through Longuera street and Rincón de Agnada street leaving the village.

The path climbs and borders the Ravine of Tenesía. In this area we find cultivated fields and numerous species vegetables of interest, such as verodes (Kleinia nerifolia), heads (Carlina salicifolia). Higher up, the higher humidity allows more variety of species such as the bejeque (Greenovia aurea), the cañaheja (Ferula lancerottensis) or the sneeze (Andryala glandulosa).

We arrive at the edge of the Risco de Famara, where we are offered excellent views of the Chinijo Archipelago, Famara beach and the Jable area.

We continue south around Montaña Aganada, observing the Valle de Haría in the background, while we cross an area full of bacchanals.

We arrived At a crossroads, we turn off along the path to the left until you reach a dirt track perpendicular to the path. At this point we find a channel, through which we continue until we reach the Bosquecillo, a rest area where we will enjoy excellent views of the North of Lanzarote.

Is area is a nesting area for different species of birds, such as the common turtledove (Streptopelia turtur), the Eurasian warbler (Sylvia conspicillatta) and the tabobo or hoopoe (Upupa epops), among others.
